Queue Assist – XF – X250

Queue Assist for the Jaguar XF – X250 introduces an advanced driving convenience by extending the functionality of Adaptive Cruise Control. With this upgrade, your XF gains the ability to automatically manage stop-and-go traffic situations—an innovation that was never originally offered on the X250 model.

When activated, Queue Assist takes control of acceleration, braking, and following distance at low speeds, allowing the car to smoothly follow the vehicle ahead without constant manual input. This feature is particularly useful in congested city traffic or during motorway delays, reducing driver fatigue while maintaining safety.

The system intelligently monitors traffic conditions, gently bringing the car to a halt when required and resuming motion as the flow continues. This creates a more relaxed and controlled driving experience, especially in heavy stop-start situations.

Although unavailable as a factory option, this functionality can now be added to compatible XF – X250 vehicles. It requires MY13+ diesel models with the necessary hardware already in place.
